Our principles

We create with communities - shaped by their lived experience

We work with people, their carers, and communities to design services that reflect real-life needs. Their lived experience shapes what we do, making our approach practical and respectful. By creating with communities, we support safer, more confident medicine use that fits into everyday life.

We go beyond information - influencing what people do.

We don’t just share facts about medicines - we help people use them more safely and confidently . Our work is designed to shift behaviour, not just boost knowledge. We know this because we measure impact: tracking changes in people’s understanding, confidence, and actions.

We’re independent — with no ties to pharmaceutical companies or private pharmacies.

Our independence means people can trust our advice is unbiased, practical, and focused on their needs. People consistently tell us this is one of our greatest strengths -and it’s central to how we work.
