Helping people mind their medicines

Using medicines safely and effectively can be difficult.

MedicinesEd helps people feel more confident about medicines - and how they support better health.

We’re a team of pharmacists who create and deliver clear, practical medicines and health education - designed with communities, for communities.

Whether you’re leading a service or looking for support yourself, we make sense of medicines and their role in building healthier lives and healthier communities.

What we do

We work alongside communities to create practical, easy-to-understand education about medicines.

Our resources build skills and knowledge to use medicines safely and effectively and make more-informed health decisions.

We track the impact of our work by measuring changes in knowledge, confidence, and everyday habits.

We work with people of all ages, no matter where they live.

Face-to-face  & online workshops

Face-to-face workshops allow your community to come together to share their experiences and learn from each other. This also allows for social connection.

We also run a similar interactive online workshop.

Yarning circles

These are designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Each yarning circle is unique, driven by the needs of the people attending. This informal approach allows your community to learn from one another and share their stories.

Disability support services

We help you better understand your medicines and how to use them safely.

We also train carers and parents in safely and effectively managing medicines to care for people with disability.

Education & training

Customised training programs tailored to the specific needs of your organisation.

We’re proud of the work we do to empower people and communities.
